Exporting Your Platform Data
To ensure you retain access to your data outside of the JustFund platform, we recommend exporting all necessary information from your JustFund account. Please see below instructions to download grant cycle submission data, funding data, and RFP content.
Submission and Funding Dashboard
- To download Submission and Funding data from your Dashboard, begin by logging into your JustFund account and clicking ‘Dashboard’ in your top menu bar.
- Submission Data: In the Submissions section of your Dashboard, you will see one card listed for each cycle run in JustFund.
- To download submission data, click into each cycle card and confirm you can view all applications submitted on your screen (expand to 300 rows if needed).
- Click Export - CSV. All applicant and application data is included in this CSV.
- Funding Data: Click the card in the Funding section of your Dashboard. You can view funding marked in JustFund on this screen (expand to 300 rows if needed).
- Click Export - CSV. All funding and applicant data is included in this CSV. See a video here with step by step instructions.
- Submission Data: In the Submissions section of your Dashboard, you will see one card listed for each cycle run in JustFund.
RFP Content
If you have utilized JustFund to run RFPs, you can download RFP content by logging into your JustFund account and clicking ‘Grants’ in your top menu bar. You will see a list of all RFPs created in your account. Click the View icon next to the RFP to view the RFP page. You can then download this content as a PDF.
