To create or manage funding commitment tags, log in to your account and click your Fund's name next to the VIEWING AS A FUNDER field in the top menu bar. Click on COMMITMENT TAGS in the top menu bar.
Create Tags
To create a tag, type a word or short phrase to identify a group of funding commitments (e.g. Climate Justice, 501(c)(4), Funds). Then, click ADD.
Edit Tags
- To edit an existing tag, go to the TAG LIST in the Commitment Tags section.
- Click on the pencil icon.
Update the text in the Edit Tag pop-up window and click the Save button.
Archive Tags
- To archive an existing tag, go to the TAG LIST in the Commitment Tags section.
- Click on the archive (box with downward facing arrow) icon.
The archived tags can be found in the ARCHIVED section under Tag List with the DATE CREATED included.
Reactivate Archived Tags
- To reactivate an archived tag, go to the TAG LIST in the Commitment Tags section.
- Select “Archived” in the menu
Under the ACTIONS header, click the reactivate icon (upward facing arrow).
