# Manage users in your applicant account

**How it works**

Add or remove users from your account at any time. All users share the same access level, allowing them to apply for funding, manage applications, and more.

**Why it matters**

- **Collaborate with ease**: Multiple team members can contribute to your profile and applications.
- **Maintain security**: Control who can access your account and remove users when needed.

**Manage users**

1. Click the profile dropdown icon in the top right corner of your screen and select **Manage users**.
2. To add a user, click **Add users** and complete the required fields. The invited user will receive an email with instructions to log in and join your account.
3. To remove a user, click the **X** in the **Actions** column next to their name. Removed users lose access immediately.
4. To approve or deny an access request, locate the pending request — it will appear with a **Needs Approval** badge. Use the actions menu to approve or deny.

**FAQs**

- **Is there a limit to how many users we can have?** No. Add as many users as needed to support your team.
- **What is an access request?** A user has requested access to join your account. Any existing users on your account can approve or deny the request.

**Tips**

- To follow best security practices, regularly review user access and ensure the right members of your team have access to your account.
