Score applications

This article is for reviewers who have been invited to score applications for a grant cycle.

How it works

Once a Review Manager opens a scoring round, you will receive an email invitation to login to JustFund and review applications. 

Score applications

  1. Log in and click Review in the top navigation.
  2. Click into the cycle you have been assigned to review.
  3. Click Review next to each assigned application to open the application and scoring. rubric.
  4. Complete the rubric, add notes, and click Submit review.

FAQs

  • How do I know when I am done? When Pending my review shows 0 you have no applications remaining to score.
  • Can I edit my score after submitting? Yes, you may edit your score until the round closes. After the round closes, scores are final.
  • Can other reviewers see my notes? Yes. All notes are visible to other reviewers and the Review Manager.
  • What if I cannot see my assigned applications? Make sure you are logged in to the correct JustFund account and that the review round is active. If the issue persists, contact your Review Manager.
