Set up your personal account
How it works
You will receive an email with a link to set up your account and create a new secure password. Once your password is set, you can access your new JustFund account.
Why it matters
- Stay informed: Choose to receive weekly or monthly updates about organizations, projects, and funds in your focus areas.
- Your personal identity on JustFund: Your personal account represents you as an individual on JustFund - your profile picture and name are visible to other team members across every funder and applicant account you belong to.
Set up your personal account
- On your first login, you'll be prompted to to set up two-factor authentication. Enter and save your phone number and you will receive a one-time SMS code sent directly to your phone. To verify, enter the code you received. You'll receive a one-time SMS code to verify your identity each time you log in.
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner of your screen and select My Account from the dropdown.
- On the Contact tab, update your name, email address, profile picture, and more.
- On the Settings tab, configure your notification preferences, funding settings, and more.
- Click Save changes when done.
FAQs
- Can I update my personal account details at any time? Yes. Navigate to My Account from the profile icon at any time.
- Can I change my password? Yes. Click Send password reset in the top right corner of My Account.
- What if I don't receive my SMS code? Wait up to 60 seconds and click "Resend code." If your number has changed, click "Did you change your phone number?" to verify by email and update your phone number.
