Set up your personal account

How it works

Your personal account represents you as an individual on JustFund. Your name and profile picture are visible to other JustFund users. Your personal account is separate from your organization's account, which manages shared settings for your whole team.

Why it matters

• Your identity on JustFund: Your name and contact details are associated with your organization's applicant account and visible to other JustFund users.

Set up your personal account

1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and select My Account from the dropdown.
2. Complete your contact information and upload a profile photo.
3. Click Save changes when done.

FAQs

• Can I update my personal account details at any time? Yes. Navigate to My Account from the profile icon at any time.
• Can I change my password? Yes. Click Send password reset in the top right corner of My Account.
