What information is in an Organization Profile?

Organization profiles provide applicants with a space to tell their story, share photos and store all of their proposals on JustFund.

An organization profile is an additional place, beyond a proposal, for a funder to learn more general information about the organization.

Organizations have the ability to share the following:

ABOUT TAB:

  • Organization Mission Statement
  • Organization description
    • Brief description of the organization and their work 
    • Year established, location, contact information for grants
  • Fund Information:
    • Year established, location, contact information for grants
  • Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC-)led status :
    • Organization’s status in regards to BIPOC leadership and how they personally define that distinction and status.
      • If BIPOC-Led is yes, please indicate which of the following are true for your organization:
        • Over 50% of our organization’s Board is comprised of Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) (non-White)
        • Over 50% of our organization’s US-based senior staff is comprised of Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) members (non-White)
        • Our organization’s mission statement, guiding principles, strategy, or other foundational texts is explicitly committed to building power within BIPOC communities
      • Other (Please Explain)
  • Focus areas:
    • The organization’s primary focus areas of impact  
  • Total Funding on JustFund:
    • What other JustFunders have supported the organization 
    • Total Received on JustFund
    • Total Number of Grants on JustFund
