Need to reset your password? Follow the steps below to get back into your account quickly and securely.  

How it works

To reset your password:

  • Go to the JustFund login page and click I forgot my password.
  • Enter the email address associated with your JustFund account. 
  • Check your inbox for a password reset email from JustFund. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder.
  • Click the reset password link in the email that you received and create a new secure password. 
  • You will be prompted to login using your updated password.  

Tips for a strong password

  • Use a mix of upper and lower case letters
  • Include numbers and special characters
  • Use at least 10 characters
  • Avoid using personal information

FAQs

  • I didn’t receive the password reset email. What should I do? Double-check your spam folder. If you don’t see an email, try resending the reset request. Still no luck? Email us directly for support at info@justfund.us.
  • Can I change my password while logged in? Yes, click your profile icon in the top right corner of your screen, select My Account from the dropdown, and click Send Password Reset. You will receive a password reset email accordingly.
